I got to try it out last night, and I was pleasantly surprised. I only say surprised because I am not a big meat eater, and I assumed Rodizio Grill wouldn't be very vegetarian (I do eat chicken) friendly. Well guess what? I was wrong!
We had unlimited access to the salad bar, which was huge. Salads, pastas, breads, and more. I had two giant plates. And while they did bring around meat options of all kinds, there were many types of chicken I was able to eat. I left completely stuffed!
The staff was so nice, and a lot of fun.
Got to dine with some of my favorite bloggers, see old friends, and meet new ones!

And Derek, you are the best!
(Huge thanks to Ashlee Hille for the fantastic photos and event!)
And the rabanada (a warm cinnamon pastry with a creamy center, served with vanilla ice cream and laced with caramel sauce) pretty much changed my life. I mean, just look.
